1. The price of Jinshijin brand printed tape is closely related to the printed content. The table below lists the unit prices for standard, simple printing of Jinshijin printed tape based on the number of colors, specifications, and descriptions, as well as the plate-making fees (a plate-making fee is required for the first order, but not for subsequent orders).

2. Special full-print adhesive tapes are typically 10 to 20% more expensive than the standard tapes mentioned above. They usually feature full-print cut-out designs (in the example above, FY Anime is an example of full-print design, where the text in the center is cut out). The key to the custom printed tape production process lies in the initial steps. Due to the unique nature of printing tape, the production process is relatively complex. The general steps are as follows:
1. The design of the layout artwork for printed tape must be completed first. Initially, you need to finalize and confirm the printed content, specifications, number of colors to be printed, specific Pantone color codes, and the tape’s background color. This is illustrated in the layout information for the printed tape below. Please refer to the layout artwork for the printed tape shown in the image below.
2. Lead Time for Custom-Printed Tapes: Customers ordering custom-printed tapes with their company logo for the first time should be aware that the tape production process involves multiple steps, including plate making, printing, adhesive application, and slitting. As a result, the production cycle generally takes 10 to 14 business days.
3. Minimum Order Quantity for Printed Tape: The general minimum order quantity is 2,000 square meters. Converted to a specific size—such as 4.8 cm × 100 meters—the minimum order quantity is approximately 416 rolls, with a tolerance of no more than 10%. If a larger quantity is required, the order must be doubled to 832 rolls.
4. Deposit for Printed Tapes: Once the customer has confirmed their intention to collaborate and signed the contract, they must pay a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount. Shipment will be arranged after the tapes have been produced and the remaining balance has been paid in full. Note: If this is the customer’s first order for printed tapes, a plate will need to be made; however, no plate-making fees will be charged for subsequent orders.
Printed tape specifications: Standard widths include 48, 50, 60, and 70 mm. Standard lengths are typically limited to 100 meters or less. For machine-applicable label tape, the length does not exceed 900 meters.
